This template allows employees to log daily working hours for each day of the week by inputting Time In, Time Out, and Lunch Hours. It automatically calculates the number of hours worked per day and displays a summary of total weekly hours and overtime (based on a 40-hour standard). Dates and weekday labels are auto-calculated starting from a selected Week Start Date.
Manager fields are included for optional approval, with a checkbox and digital signature area. A notes section at the bottom allows for additional remarks or annotations related to the week’s work.
Badges highlight the total number of hours worked and the week range, while all time math is calculated using formula-based logic.
